Join us for a free, community-focused legal clinic designed to help individuals understand their options for criminal record clearing, post-conviction relief, and pending immigration cases. This event is open to the public and provides practical, actionable guidance for anyone seeking clarity on their immigration status or criminal history.
We will cover the latest 2025 trends in immigration enforcement, USCIS scrutiny, criminal record requirements, and how old convictions or arrests may affect applications for residency, asylum, work permits, waivers, and other immigration benefits.
Attendees will also learn about the importance of having updated fingerprints, FOIA records from multiple agencies, certified court records, and accurate addresses on file with USCIS.
This clinic is free to attend, and all services are optional. RSVPs are required due to limited seating.
